Join Stacey for her “Drumming a Bridge to the Divine” working which offers a path to connect to the spiritual realms, through the human body. When we play a drum, we move beyond time and space while being grounded firmly in the present moment, reducing stress and anxiety while encouraging spontaneous play. No matter your level of experience, you’ll be guided on a journey to express your own unique rhythms, merging them harmoniously with the group. The solid structure of the circle will allow you to feel safely held as you connect rhythmically with your sacred inner self, the collective and perhaps even taste the divine. *Please note that only a limited number of particpants will be able to drum along as part of the workshop, this experience is first come first served, the remaining participants are welcomed to sit in and absorb the healing vibrations and soothing sounds.
